Frequently asked questions:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. If your order has been sent via Australia Post, you can track your parcel here.

    If your order has been sent via Sendle Courier Service, you can track your parcel here.

  • Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect and business addresses within Australia only. If shipping to a business address, please make sure you list the business name and level/department if necessary.

  • You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).

  • Our jewellery pieces are made from different metals from alloy, zinc, copper and sterling silver. Our gold-plated jewellery are also made from a sterling silver 925 base.

    To ensure the gold plating does not damage, do not expose the jewellery to water, perfumes, alcohol or any other substances.

    While some of our sterling silver jewellery and eyewear chains are water-resistant and should not tarnish over time, we recommend your jewellery shining with these simple steps:

    • Avoid contact with water and liquids;

    • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and other chemicals;

    • Clean with a jewellery polishing cloth or microfibre cloth after use;

    • Keep your jewellery safely in its velvet pouch or jewellery box.

  • Step 1:

    To pay using Apple Pay, add the items to your cart as normal. When you're ready to place your order, go to your cart and then you'll be given the option to pay using Apple Pay. If you have a promo code or gift voucher, you can apply it to your order by entering it in the 'promo code/gift voucher' section.

    Step 2:

    Once you've applied any promo codes or gift vouchers you have, select your delivery option and then select 'Pay'.

    Log into your Anca account and continue to your shopping cart.

    Step 2:

    Once you've added your items, go to checkout as normal. Select PayPal as your preferred method of payment and enter in your login details in the PayPal login window.

  • You may use ONE promo or discount code per order (this includes % off, $ off codes).

    However, you can also apply ONE Free Shipping discount per order - if a Free Shipping Promotion is running.

  • If you feel as though the product you received was defective or incorrect, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to hello@ancacollection.com so we can look into it right away!

    You may return any item in the original condition including sunglasses pouch, box and inserts within 5 business days from the date you received your order as documented through the order tracking number.

    In the event of damage caused during shipping and delivery, we will refund the item in full OR supply the same item if it is available in stock.

  • Yes, you can choose whether to receive a refund or have another item sent. We will e-mail you to confirm your preference.

  • Unfortunately Anca Collection does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear or personal damage from use. Please refer to the 'Care' page to read how you can best look after your Anca accessories.

  • You can set up your account when you make a purchase. Upon checkout, make sure the tick box is checked to create a new account.

    You can also create an account without placing an order by clicking on the 'Profile' icon in the top bar. Follow the prompts to create your account.

  • Go to the ’Sign In’ page and click 'Forgot Password?'.

    Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link directly to reset your password.

  • Log in to your account and fill in your payment details under the 'Payment' tab.
