RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

I need to return a faulty or incorrect item. What do I do?

If you feel as though the product you received was defective or incorrect, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to hello@ancacollection.com so we can look into it right away!

You may return any item in the original condition including sunglasses pouch, box and inserts within 5 business days from the date you received your order as documented through the order tracking number. 

In the event of damage caused during shipping and delivery, we will refund the item in full OR supply the same item if it is available in stock.

Can I choose whether to receive a refund OR have another item sent?

Yes, you can choose whether to receive a refund or have another item sent. We will e-mail you to confirm your preference.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be shipped at your own cost. Please return using a standard tracked service so that proof of your return can be verified.

How long will it take to receive a full refund?

You will be notified via e-mail when you have received a refund for the amount sought. A full refund may take up to 5 business days to be issued depending on your bank, therefore it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account. 

If your account has not been refunded or credited after 5 business days of your refund confirmation e-mail, please contact us at hello@ancaeyewear.com.

How long will it take to receive my new replacement item?

Once you have received your confirmation e-mail for a new replacement item, your item will be shipped out within 1 business day and you will receive a second e-mail detailing your new parcel tracking number.

Is wear and tear covered?

Unfortunately Anca Collection does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear or personal damage from use. Please refer to the 'Care' page to read how you can best look after your Anca accessories.
