7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
7.1 Upon ordering from Anca Collection, you provide us with your full name, e-mail address, postal address for delivery purposes, telephone number and credit/debit card details. Your information will be treated with the utmost privacy; however by providing us with such information, you accept that we will not be liable for the misuse of this information borne from error in transmission, hacking, virus or malware.
8. PRODUCT RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
8.1 If applying for a product return or refund, you must return faulty or incorrect items in their original condition including the sunglasses pouch, box and inserts within 10 days from the date you received your order as documented through the order tracking code.
8.2 Full refunds are only granted if the product is found to be faulty and a mistake on our behalf given that a photo image is provided to consider the product to be deemed faulty or incorrect.
8.3 Anca Collection does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear or personal damage from use.
8.4 The buyer must cover the cost of return shipping of the item(s) in original condition including the sunglasses pouch, box and inserts unless otherwise arranged.
8.5 If an exact replacement is unavailable, Anca Collection may offer an exchange for another item of similar value subject to availability and stock levels of the product sought.
9. ORDERS DISCLAIMER
9.1 Any and all risks of loss for product(s) procured by you through the use of this site are transferred to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the party responsible for delivering the product(s) to you under a shipment contract.
9.2 Each customer will receive a unique tracking code which they may use. Once you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail accompanied by a unique tracking code, your order is no longer with us and we relinquish any responsibility over the damage or loss of products.
9.3 If a product has been listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel an order. We will refund your credit or debit card for the total amount debited in full.
9.4 If an incorrect shipping address has been entered and confirmed by the customer after the order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for the parcel retrieval and resend to the customer's correct address.
